The first disease burden genome-wide association study based on 32 years of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) burden data from 20 countries in the GBD burden database, including age-standardized prevalence, incidence, mortality, and disability-adjusted life-years (DALYs) rate, combined with allele frequency data of 24 ethnic groups from the 1000 Genomes project.
