GEMS is ongoing project to introduce the research progress of the effects of genetic variation on the structure of biological macromolecules. The purpose of GEMS is to help researchers understand the knowledge of the effect of genetic variation on macromolecular structure and the development history of molecular structure prediction under the influence of genetic variation as soon as possible. We hope GEMS can provide help and ideas for researchers.
GEMS stores the developed tools and websites for predicting the structure of biological macromolecules by combining the information of genetic variation.
GEMS contains non-redundant, high-quality and hand-annotated information for these tools. Users can view these tool homepages and use them by Portal.
