FAQ1: What is TESV?
TESV is an ongoing project about structural variation containing introducton, classfication and tools. The goal of TESV is to help researchers conduct the standard procedure of SV analysis.
TESV is an ongoing project about structural variation containing introducton, classfication and tools. The goal of TESV is to help researchers conduct the standard procedure of SV analysis.
TESV stores SV-related and computational tools publicly published in PubMed database, GitHub, SourceForge, CRAN, and Bioconductor over the past two decades. These computational tools mainly depend on the development of Sanger sequencing, microarray, next-generation sequencing (NGS) and third-generation sequencing for the identification of high-resolution SV.
TESV contains non-redundant, high-quality and hand-annotated information for these tools. You can view these tool homepages and use them by Portal.
